Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

ASKWay is a browser-based AI assistant that provides features such as sidebar chat, translation, summarization, and access to multiple third-party AI models. The Service is provided on an ongoing basis, and we may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time to improve the product or comply with legal or technical requirements.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, or to infringe the rights of others.
• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use automated means to scrape or abuse the Service, or circumvent usage limits, credits, or security measures.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Certain features require a paid subscription or credits. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Prices may change with prior notice; changes apply to subsequent billing cycles.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through account management; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable and unused credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or otherwise inappropriate, and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any output before relying on or distributing it. You are responsible for the content you submit to the Service and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to do so.

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and original content, is owned by ASKWay and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. As between you and us, you retain ownership of the content you submit, and you own the AI output generated for you to the extent permitted by applicable law and the underlying AI providers' terms.

The Service integrates with third-party services, including AI model providers, authentication, and payment processors. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any output will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASKWay and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ASKWay and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ASKWay operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may revise these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified through the Service or by other reasonable means, and continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
